RETURNS: We accept returns within 72 hours from receiving your order.

When contacting us about a return, please provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue. Please note that all merchandise must be undamaged and have all original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that does not meet this criteria. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions regarding our return policy.

 

 EXCHANGES: We accept exchanges within 72 hours from receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, all merchandise must be undamaged and have all original tags attached. Please initiate the exchange within the 72 hour timeframe. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue when contacting us.  If you have any questions about our exchange policy, please don't hesitate to ask.

 

Please note that while we strive to make this process as smooth as possible, customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
