How do I place a pickup order?
To place a pickup order, simply select “CURBSIDE PICKUP” at checkout when placing your order. After your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase along with pickup instructions. We will reach out to you via text or email (whichever you provided at checkout) to arrange a convenient pickup time and date. When you arrive, just let us know, and we’ll bring your order right to your vehicle!
If you need under an hour, DM US FIRST. You can also direct message us for a pickup order.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Pickup orders are ready within 2 hours of purchase. You’ll be notified by email or text as soon as your order is ready.

Where is our pickup location?
Curbside pickup is available in East Saint Paul, MN, near 3M Headquarters. The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is ready.
Do we have SAME-DAY pickup/delivery?
Yes, all pickup and delivery orders are ready on the same day unless stated otherwise. We can hold paid orders for a specific day if needed.
Do we accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash! If you'd like to pay in cash, message us and we will manually process your order. Please note that cash payments are only available for same-day pickup or delivery.

How do I place a delivery order?
To place a delivery order, simply contact us via direct message on instagram or facebook @vixenluxxeboutique. We charge a delivery fee ranging from $5 to $20, depending on the distance.
- Deliveries within the Twin Cities area are $5.
- We deliver within a 30-mile radius from Saint Paul.
When will my delivery order be ready?
Delivery orders have a quick turnaround time and are prepared based on your preferred schedule. Whether you need it in 30 minutes, 3 hours, or few days, just let us know your desired delivery time and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
